You guys barely have any RDs so I figured Woo would be a fit for the Gulls. A player similar in value to Groulx would probably work if there's any basis. No point us keeping Woo if we have too many dmen

Groulx is most likely the 4C on the big team this year, and his father works for the organization.

Last I heard, Woo's career trajectory was looking at AHL as his ceiling.

I keep seeing people put up Myers for Lebanc? Why? Canucks have a surplus of wingers already and only a couple of decent RD. The saving is a little of $1M? Whats the motivation????

Thomson is not a "struggling prospect", he's just not in the plans

Chabot, Sanderson, Chychrun, Brannstrom, Kleven...

He won't get any PP in Ottawa, particularly with all these forwards needing PP too (so they will use 4 forwards at times)

Thomson will need some PP to make his mark in the NHL.

The guy the Sens will need on RD is JBD who is more of a defensive specialist, they can afford to trade Thomson


All that said, I don't think the Sens can afford to take all Beauvillier's cap, unless they send Kelly to the AHL and/or Murray gets bought out to give some cap relief
