Again the blues still have no need for DeSmith

Not saying they definitely take it but the Blues only have 1 goalie currently on their roster. So there is a bit of a need for him. He might actually be better than Binnington too

The blues have Binnington and Hofer. Some reason Capfriendly still has him under the goalie prospects but he has signed a 2 year 1 way deal. He's our backup for next year

Just FYI, they also have Subban as the emergency 3rd and Zherenko is as good a prospect as Hofer. So the Bkues are more than set for goalies for years.

I gotcha - appreciate the info. On Capfriendly it looked like a perfect fit haha - a really good backup at 1.8mil that fits under the cap and completes the roster. But that's why these forums are good - learn from the fans what's going on with their team in case the data isn't updated on here
