Idk that 4x5.5 is worth it for the leafs for Anderson, I could see making it a 3-way trade with the habs paying a 3rd team to take on cap

We do not need cap relief. I consider he adds value, but how about just 9OA?

Better then Bunting that will get 4-5M/y...

9OA + Anderson is TOO much for Nylander... change the 9 oa with the 17 from NYI instead and add a prospect...
Habs need to keep a top 10 pick

I'm not saying we need cap relief, but the leafs would in order to take him, and even though he isn't incredibly valuable, the leafs will need a player to fill some of Nylanders ice time to bring some reason to trading nylander

debrincat got the 7th without a bad contract going the other way. Nylander>debrincat. its not too much. Its funny actually. the ONLY people in the NHL that think anderson has value are habs fans

I’m not expecting him to be traded, but if he were to be traded, someone who can play tomorrow and isn’t a future asset. Probably a good 2c

You are a quality prospect (like Farrell, I don't have any but near that level) and a decent prospect away (prob like a Mesar). Nylander (with extension) can get more than what DeBrincat got and that's my reasoning
