Not sure I think Bouch would sign an offersheet given he'd be going to a team where Dahlin would be the clear #1 PP option and they don't have McDavid, but it's at least a high enough offer that it's conceivable he'd accept. Would be a bummer, but those picks could quite quickly be converted into immediate roster players so wouldn't be a total loss.
