Very much a no from San Jose. A 4.6m cap dump is not a small thing, and it really doesn't matter to San Jose if a buyout is more palatable to TOR than paying what its worth to dump him. SJ also really doesn't care what you got for Mrazek.

Murray+1st for SJ 2nd alone is likely a flat no right out of the gate.

Murray+1st for Lorentz alone or for CAR 3rd alone is probably closer to what SJ would want, and if TOR doesn't want to pay that then that's fine too.
