Korpisalo is a UFA on July 1, so his trade value is maybe a 5th-round pick. I don't know why Philadelphia seems to want to trade Hart, but I think there's going to be enough suitors that they can hold out for a lot more.

It's not that they WANT to trade Hart; but Briere basically said the club is rebuilding, and is more than willing to listen to any offers. You're spot on that they can hold out for something spectacular since there is no actual need to trade him.
