Not bad from montreals pov. But I still think they say no. Boqvist isn’t enough to make up for losing Suzuki. If Fantilli is available at 3 somehow, I think it’s closer but if it’s for Carlsson or Smith, i think habs pass.

Are you also considering they’re about to have PLD? PLD and Carlsson would make a big, solid, 1-2 punch.

Rather Suzuki than Dubois. Anyways, giving up Suzuki to move up 2 spots is a bad idea, no matter what the draft position is (Other than Bedard and maybe Fantilli)

I'm not sure it's realistic for either team, really. It's a good proposal, but it's rare to see a draft pick that high moved (so I doubt CBJ say yes), and it's even more rare to see a young captain who recently signed an extension moved (so MTL likely says no, too). It is really interesting and tempting though...
