I doubt Miller's extension is gonna be this low and Othmann's barely above a point per game in the OHL in his DY+2, he's gonna need time in the AHL next season.

Also Miller has been rumored to be asking for 4-5 mil and the rangers are at 3, seems like a reasonable asking price. Miller has a lot of potential but also failed to show in the playoffs, on a bridge i think its fair

Agree on Harpur and as for Halak he had a tough start to the season but was a good and serviceable back up at the end of the season

Bridge deal is the way to go with Miller. The trend in the NHL is puck moving offensive-minded D carry more of a premium a deal - teams will live with the defensive warts. If Lindgren got 3 yr @ 3mil Miller will get at least 3yr @ 4 mil.

No need to sign Irwin (too old) - better keeping Hajek at that price point (at least a lot younger and you already know what you are getting), you can get a similar skill set player like Motte for cheaper.

Othmann should not be on the roster in 23-24. He should be in the AHL to further develop - perhaps even experiment with him on the right side.

The way the rest of the lineup fills out, the formula for Goodrow staying is LaF and Chytil combining for 6M in Cap, give or take a little bit.
If Miller looking for 4-5M, maybe the opportunity is there to sign him to a deal like Chytil. Of course that would require removing Goodrow. 3.5M over 3 years is lowballing, though. Maybe he takes that on a 2 year deal.
