I think you're underrating chytil in this.
Chytil had 35 points at even strength in 74 games while averaging 12.8 minutes per game at 5v5
Bratt had 43 points at even strength in 82 games while averaging 13.8 minutes per game at 5v5
so bratt had more games, and more ice time and wasn't that far ahead of chytil at 5v5, while playing on the far more dynamic offensive team. Chytil is locked up for 4 years at an extremely reasonable number, and the rumors are bratt wants almost double chytil's number.
You're also then not allievating the log jam on left wing, and adding one to the Right wing, and holtz is going to end up back in the AHL again with no development, and no actual reason to include him in a deal.
