Habs aren't trading that much for PLD, hell no team is giving up an unprotected 1st + another 1st + 3 roster players for him. I don't think you understand how much value PLD actually has. Think of him as a rental, which means a roster player mid yo late 1st and prospect gets the deal done. You are asking for 3 roster players with good value and 2 1sts, give your head a shake, Montreal obviously passes on this quite easily. You do realize that the Habs would just OS PLD for about 6.2 mil and the only risk is a 1st and 3rd before they even entertain th8s BS.

Nylander is worth more than all listed from the Jets, plus a 1st. No rational Jets fan says no to this deal. Anyone saying no, can't know anything about hockey.
