Then Ullmark’s cap hit would probably mean losing DeBrincat too. and there’s just no way that the Sens can bring in Ullmark in exchange for losing Pinto and DeBrincat and expect to be better. Goaltending isn’t that much of a concern and Ullmark isn’t enough of a sure thing for that

Not sure why Bruins fans are all trying to make Shane Pinto trades work, but it's never gonna make sense for Ottawa. They can't replace him internally, and an equivalently good 3C will cost more to sign than Pinto, without any of the upside of him being a 22 year old coming off his rookie season.
