Hawks decline. Panarin was great w/ Kaner for those two seasons but that ship has sailed. No chance the Hawks sacrifice 3 high picks on Panarin.

Panarin will not be waiving his NMC to go to Chicago. Chicago is not investing 3 decent futures when they are near rock bottom and starting to build back up to take on a soon to be 32 year old with a 9.6 million cap.
