Yeah, I was thinking Silf might be a bit on the young side, could have probably brought in Perron or Hoffman instead and used the extra cap to sign Parise or smth for depth!

Not sure I would consider Poulin a GOOD young centre, but he is young and he is a centre, but as there are 2 1st round picks, Hexy would approve, so would patty

True! But he's the best one the pens got!!! (Tho he'll prolly play W if he ever makes it to the NHL lol)... tho that says far more about the state of the pens prospect system than it does the player...

I have no reason to believe this, but I think that the Canucks were looking at a 3 way, where they send out miller, then they get back a 1st and a centre prospect from another team or young centre
