Scary jets team. I've felt that way all year about em. Great game last night by them for the most part. I know they've been slumping lately, but I still think they are a major threat in the west. Really like the way pp1 looked. Really dangerous using the uncommon strong side setup. Really throws off opposing teams pk's when the umbrella wings play their strong side. Makes for accurate and fast puck movement

See the thing about the west is, it's too up in the air to make any argument against any team. Legitimately, any team 1-8 are all in the same boat. They've all had up and down seasons and nobody has pulled away from anyone in regards to being a favorite. It's wide open if you ask me. When Winnipeg is hot, I don't see any reason why they couldn't win the west.

TBL went from their SCF 2015 Dcore of Hedman, Girardi, Stralman, Coburn, Sustr and i think Dotchin?
Then they Traded Bishop for Cernak(and others) ,Traded Koekkoek for Ruuta , Drouin for Sergachev, Namestnkov in a bundle for Mcdoungh (and others) rebuilding around Hedman only.

They Acquired Shattenkirk , Schenn , Bogosian via Free Agency and Savard via Trade at a high cost.
That's not to mention the others they had in their system during their cup runs they added.

WPG would have to fire their GM to get one capable of those types of moves in succession with such a high success rate and still look like winners in the trade despite what they gave up at the time always seeming really high.

When the Jets play the right way, they are scoring a few, playing great defence and Bucky is winning games. They can match up against any team imo
