Colorado probably tries to bargain a little by asking for max retention on Hayes, retention on Seeler, or making it the 2024 1st, but I think they may ultimately take this. The players going their way fill their only two holes.

Alot of weak deals for PHI, JVR gets more than that (probably a 3rd in addition, Laughton gets WAY more, (probably a 3rd and one of Leaf top prospects), the retention on Hayes alone is worth another 1st.

Hayes salary isnt out of line with his production (look at what VAN got for expiring Horvat, who has similar production). Hayes, if dealt will have value in off season when cap constarints are lesser league wide. A late round 1st = Hayes and 3mil of retention NO WAY. And Seeler probably gets a 2023 4th right now.

As Flyers fans. We know Chuck will probably just deal JVR for an underwhelming return and that is about it for this deadline. We are retooling lol! I have 0 faith in him being creative for better or worse.
