Sabres need to restock their D pipeline. The meat for D is from around pick 20 to 65-70 in this Draft coming up. Those 2nds this year could be important.

Nah. The Sabres biggest need is gonna be on d. Rather use all three second round darts on d. Sounds like there should be lots of d there, most of the first round is probably forwards, although recently I've seen more d mocked in the first.

I think some team would do that for Lafferty, but not sure if Tampa wants to sit out 2 rounds in a deep draft.

Buffalo Rejects, and Seattle might be interested depending on how the next few games go. Deep draft and all they might want to keep their 2nd this year and push you toward their 2024 pick.
