Chicago says yes . Washington hangs up the phone . Arizona laughs before hanging up the phone . San Jose has a mild stroke from laughing before they throw the phone at Dubas .

Washington would decline pretty quickly, Holl would be a 3rd pairing defenseman in DC and is certainly not worth a 2nd to a team where he would be a 3rd pairing guy.

CHI accepts. But, TOR could probably downgrade Sandin or take him out all together and CHI would accept. Personally, if Lafferty tops out at a 3rd round pick, I think CHI should just hang on to him. But, I do think a 3rd round pick is a realistic CURRENT market valuation of him.

And yet every other RD who plays less, is less effective and is also FA gets a 2nd. The Holl hate should end it's ridiculous
