well it was 3 firsts, A prospect, Thompson and a young nhl regular. mcdcvid is untradable. so the fact you're saying thats too much from buff is crazy

Krebs and savoie were both chosen with 1st's so 5 1st's. If it was kozak and asplund i would say 3 first a prospect and a player but guys picked in the top 10 are gonna count as 1st round picks for value unless you'd rather count them higher.
I would dare say Thompson is "untradeable" as well. What ever that means in a discussion of trading him.
At 7.1 mil a year i have a lot for flexibility and few less goals than i do with mcdavid as things stand.
I noticed McDavid doesnt have a cup ring, perhaps thats because the team is more important than one player. I also noticed that teams have won cups without Mcdavid so its possible. I'll keep my 6 great players you can keep your 1. Best of luck.
