The league is full of guys having good years on bad teams; none of them are worth 1sts imo. 1sts @ TDL are reserved for package deals for difference makers ( Meier, Larkin, etc); Henrique’s deal is onerous too - ducks have to retain which drives price up. No thanks

I think this is actually a very realistic deadline option for the leafs, and I think I would be happy with it too. But I dont see leafs adding lafferty without Mccabe as well

He's able to score goals and will stabilize the third line; I think that's worth the slight premium especially since it's not a rental.

Agree to disagree but I agree on your basic premise - 3C or 2W would be my priorities for Leafs. A more physical dman would also help but might be tough to get them all
