Boston would not do Forbort for JVR straight up.

I get the sense from Bruins fans that Forbort is one of those players more valuble to them than he is to us, so im not sure they accepet and I think Philly targets getting a Pick.

Also it kinda sounds like Philly is off the Provorov Trade talks for now. From what Anthony Di Marco reported it has to be a Solid offer for them to consider. They feel that nobody can replace Provy's minutes and they dont want to leave York all alone stunting his growth.

Boston is not trading 3 assets they value for JVR who has no value to them. Look at their left side.

Anyway, why not go over and take a look at the bruins roster? Where is JVR needed? Where does he even play? Does he even play? The answer is no. He would be a healthy scratch most nights.

Then look at forbort? Is he needed? Direly. Forbort for JVR makes the bruins significantly worse, because it’s basically just removing one of their best penalty killers, and adding nothing.
