Lets see, Debrincat got a 7OA pick, the 39OA pick, and a third, Ducks would demand that at a minimum if we considered trading him, while he may not have quite the resume of Debrincat, we also are not interested in moving him, so that raises the ask.

A third line winger, right age but a bit undersized, which is not a need nor do we really have room for him, feels mostly like its cap out, but not necessarily dump, we'll be charitable and call it neutral value
Your top LW prospect, but he is very undersized, not likely someone Verbeek is interested in, lets just say his value is where he was drafted at 26 OA
Your top Center prospect, decent size, but center is not a need for the Ducks, maybe we can play him on LW. Lets say he is still 24 OA value
A LD prospect, decent size, good IQ, probably a guy Verbeek would be interested in, lets say he is exceeding his draft value and call it a 2nd round piece.

Per Blue Bullet's draft pick value, to match the Debrincat deals value, you'd need to add around a 20 OA pick, your 1st this year should be around there, so toss that in, and the conversation could begin, if we were willing to move Terry.
