Yup. 3 pieces is way excessive. I don't think GM's actually try to screw each other very often, like we were talking about in the other thread, so I can see them paying a quasi fair price. Expecting a good roster defenseman and two other pieces from a team that is playing well is unrealistic.

This isn’t bailing a gm out. Bailing a hm out would be taking a useless player for nothing. This is a very good player we’re talking about.

I just am referring to Chevy continuously bailing GMs out. Stastny from VGK was paid for, Schmidt from VAN was paid for. When both teams needed to shed cap badly.

My bad I thought he had 8 teams he could go to not a 8 team no trade. Just had it backwards. Definitely can move him then for sure. But teams will want a hefty price to take him on.
