The day is November 17th, 2022. Kyle Dubas and Sheldon Keefe's team aren't having that great of a season... so Brendan Shanahan comes up to them with a project to improve the team.

"Kyle, this is the Toronto team. I think its time to rebuild... but while we're at it, lets make this team FULLY comprised of Torontonians." Shanahan says to Dubas. Before anything else can be said, Shanahan leaves the room. Dubas assumes that his job is in danger if he doesn't complete this objective... so he gets to work.

There are 23 active (in NHL) players from Toronto... and none of them are goalies. Dubas will have to make do. Here are the players:
