So you gave the Canucks Knies and a 1st to take on Murray and Muzzin, then offer a bunch of scraps for a franchise goalie and 1st liner? Pathetic offer

I fail to see how this makes any sense for the Canucks. Not only do we get fleeced out of easily the 2 best players in the trade by a long shot, we also take on more cap and gain barely any useful assets.

That is a good package (minus Murray) for Miller. Demko is untouchable. He proved that today by stopping 36 of 39 shots.

Problem is: youve thrown in a bunch of stuff with negative value and huge salaries (Murray, Muzzin). And Jarnkrot (who I love) hasn;t played well/much to make any impact, Hollowell has meh value, and the picks are probably still later in the round.

Agree though, Dubas and Keefe are under pressure to actually make waves, and this is the team/system they've wanted/created, and it looks weak.

That Vancouver trade is abysmal. Not even remotely close value. Vancouver doesn't even take that call.
