Switch Ottawa and Buffalo. Ottawa could even finish ahead of Boston.

Zadina should get a 2 year deal around $1.5m give or take a quarter mil.

I'll take that bet every day. Tampa will not finish first and I highly doubt Buffalo does better than Detroit.

Switch Ottawa and Buffalo, Tampa isn't finishing 1st after losing both Palat and McDonagh. I'll go with Florida then possibly Tampa.

I just don't see Detroit finishing ahead of Boston. The entire left side of our defense is new along with most of our 2nd line.

Tampa is still arguably the best team in the NHL. They have plenty of talent to overcome those losses. I can def see Toronto finishing first though.

Strongly disagree... they're not even the best team in the conference (I'd put Florida and maybe Toronto ahead of them) and Colorado (although it pains me to say this as a Wings fan) is easily the odds on favorite as "best team in the league".

Tampa bounced FLA in 4 without Point lol...come on. FLA is as much of a pretender as anyone in the league.

Toronto will be interesting this year, they look good.

Colorado is a great, but Tampa took them to 6 without Point, again. I take a healthy Tampa over anyone in the league in a 7 game series, still.

Vas, Hedman, Kuch, Point, Serg, Cernak, Cirelli etc, etc, etc. ...doesn't get better than that.

Tampa is going to have a down year next season. They're worn down and now that the carrot of a 3 peat isn't there, a letdown is coming, mark my words.

Might be true, but all they have to do is make the playoffs and turn it on. Teams like Tampa don't need to waste energy winning the President's Trophy.
