Detroit already has about 97 forwards on the roster as of right now... can't see us trading for another unless a roster player is moved out.

A 4 year deal would be good for him but I have a feeling the hang up with him signing is that he wants more term than teams are willing to give. 5+ is a deal teams will regret, 4 and under could work out depending on the situation. Dallas would be a good fit for him, but their cap is going to be tight for a few years.

Wouldn’t that be nice, although I think I’d rather put that money into RD (maybe even get Klingberg on a shorter term like that now that he’s tested the market). I don’t know if Robertson signs for that when Robert Thomas got more.
