Calgary will surely get a better offer than that. Edvinsson will more than likely need to be in there.

Suter has very little value, Vrana is a nice middle 6 forward, and Johansson is just a D prospect. That 3rd is meaningless.

Suter is a middle of the road guy and Johansson is one of a million D prospects in the NHL. Calgary wants established NHL players / elite players for Tkachuk, because that's what he is.

Vrana is a great player but the Wings would need to add a lot around him for a trade to work.

For some reason I was thinking zadina was on a contract of over 3 mil decreasing his value but I was wrong. Zadina and a late round pick for Geekie sounds fine if detroit was interested

You won't be able to negotiate with him until a deal is made, that is the only leverage Calgary has look at DeBrincat and Trouba. If I was Tkachuk I'm only considering 2 teams to sign with and thats St. Louis or Ottawa.
