Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Nemeth trade - used Z Kassian as a comparison.
For Stastny and D Strome signings - used an average of projected salaries from 2 sites
For B Smith and Lankinen - slight raises from previous contracts
bought out Reaves - hard to do but felt a luxury at 1.75 Rangers could not afford
did not fill out the minors - prob still need to add at least 3 FWDs (up to 5 FWDs if Othmann and/or Korczak do not make NHL roster - believe they are ineligible for AHL) and 2 D (only have 6 right now)

could have gone with a couple of other teams under the cap but figured NYR & DET did this once before (Marc Staal) so why not go back to that well.

DET could also buy him out. Won't hurt their cap too much
