Description

Made a big move/signing by acquiring Laine's rights and signing to an extension. Bought out Faksa as 3.25m is too much for a 4C. Signed veterans Kessel & Stepan to give the prospects another year to develop in Juniors (Johnston & Stankoven). Added Subban as the veteran, right handed shot, PP2 facilitator, as a cheap replacement for Klingberg. This team would win about 45 games, get 99 points, and lose in the first round to St Louis.

Oettinger's extension may be cheap, but he will at least get term in his deal. I see a 7x7 Roberston deal. Finally, the Stars use their last cap space by signing Reilly Smith, the former Stars draft pick to help bolster the middle 6 and PP under his former coach in Pete DeBoer

It’s his first post cut him some slack. We welcome you to our community and a tip for beginners is to mimic other ACGMs you see with positive comments from both fans bases. Hard to find those sometimes I’ll admit but a lot of it comes from gauging where players values are at. Check out a few other stars ACGMs as well as you will see proper value for the RFAs on the team. You seem to know your team pretty well and welcome to our community.

The Jackets kind of need the opposite of this - we have too many forwards on the roster and would ideally want to consolidate two or three into singular star players. So this trade would be extraordinarily counterproductive.
