Yeah I’m sure there are other options, but Ottawa won’t be one of them. Also it’s kind of silly to think the sens would give up Brannstrom and a 2nd to make it happen.

If Burns wants to win, after the offseason the Sens are having, he'd do worse than OTT. It's actually a very good possibility if you ask me since the Sens are also looking for a top right-handed dman.

Very good, realistic roster. I think it's still realistic enough to try and trade out Bonino too and have Sasha and Gregor come in for him and Viel (they should), but with the 'tough guy' team Grier's trying to assemble apparently, this is probably more realistic.

It's only a five team list, but I gaurentee given that it was signed two years ago if I had to guess....Buffalo is likely on that list, along with Arizona, Ottawa, and Edmonton

Kappo Kakhonen would be the goalie I would want from San Jose. Adin Hill I wouldn't mind.

and I wouldn't necessarily say San Jose wouldn't trade him just because he was just acquired at the deadline. New GM didn't acquire him, so anything is possible.

I agree....they shouldn't......but I have a feeling the Sharks will try to trade the guy who can get the most return, and that might be Kakhonen because of his age and upside.
