Offersheets almost never happen, I don't think there's any way a team offers enough for Toronto to not immediately match unless it's a KK-esque overpay in the 5-6 million dollar range for one year. What I think Dubas meant from the conference was that Sandin would be signed, not moved.

Point (3) makes it sound like Dubas was on capfriendly and saw all the criticism towards Kerfoot and Holl, and the terrible Nylander trades.

They will likely strongly pursue Fleury if they are keeping Mrazek around (but I think those words just mean he's not buying him out and he's not going to give much of sweetener if any to move him out),.and they will try to move some of those rentals.

The guy has selective hearing and loves trolling leaf fans.

Also GM's aren't fickle fans, they won't forget Mrazek existed before being a leaf. So they will see his 300 games of above average play and see him for what he is. An NHL goalie who does well in a platoon. When teams (and there will be more than 1) miss out on all the available goalies, someone will swing back to Mrazek as a viable option. It'll be essentially a future considerations trade. Maybe a 5th or later pick.

From the sounds of it, Dubas won't be making panic moves, which is good even if it costs him his job and the Leafs' season next year. In the long-term, patience should pay off even if it is painful now.

Perhaps Mrazek can stay healthy and find his form.

I have full faith in Dubas making the right moves this off season. The team is going to be really good. 3rd best in the eastern conference and they are likely going to be as good as that. They did have the 27th ranked goaltending last season, so really, even if they are 16th this season, they will likely be in the running for the president's trophy

Let's see who they add in net first, Mrazek and Kallgren, probably won't cut it unless Kallgren is able to play 40+ games and be good. Chances are Mrazek does get hurt again too.
