The rumors I've seen made it sound like they just want to get as much of his salary off their books as possible, and that they're willing to do 50%. No idea what they expect in return. His full NMC, to me, suggests they should temper their expectations.

Its a weird case with no real good comparables so I could be way off here but with the NMC in play my gut says FLA would be giving up assets to move him. My random guess would be 2nd + one of Denisenko/Sourdif/Noel with Bob 50% retained

I would too, but it really depends on Bob's NMC. Varlamov and Ullmark would be good options too. Or Holtby in UFA if they want someone cheaper
