Bailey gets a lot of hate from Isles fans but he is a solid player, he has a few more good years in him since injuries have never really been an issue

I won't lie that is exactly what I thought. I think there are 2 ways to determine it and one is from a multiplication factor and one is from 120% of the maximum AAV. I have absolutely no clue how it gets determined which to use though...
