Really don't think it's that bad tbh. Mrazek would probably thrive in the Pacific division. Oilers need a tender that's better than Smith. Skinner Mrazek duo next year would definitely be an improvement

And trading Gibson for a player we would be pressured to win in the next 2 years with doesnt make much sense as we would have a huge hole in net to fill

All three teams reject without a second thought. Mrazek and his horrible contract plus the over-the-horizon second are barely worth the draft picks. Los Angeles isn't interested in Muzzin and wouldn't trade the more valuable Roy for him even if they were. And it makes no sense for a rebuilding team that won't be contending until the final three years of Gibson's contract to trade him for someone who's contract expires just as that window of contention is opening.
