I j think he could be the steal of the draft. I could see a team with a lot of picks take a shot at him

Why has Kasper risen on so many boards lately? Also, Yurov scares me a little. I feel like he’s just Russian Holmstrom. On the other hand, getting a LD with sky high potential would be great. And the last Seattle Thunderbird we drafted worked out well

I’ve seen Maveric taken higher in some mocks, I’m thinking WPG rolls with Maveric because of their lack of quality dmen with size

I feel like Kasper is similar to Lundell, solid two way forward with good speed who does everything above average. High hockey IQ.

Yurov reminds me of Buchnevich and his production in the MHL is elite. I think he’s going to go off next season.

I just don’t want a LD at 13. I’d rather take a forward and maybe someone like Casey or Nelson falls to us in the 2nd

Higher than 14? Maveric's a consensus late 1st/2nd, I don't think I've seen anyone put him higher than like 27 and while I haven't scouted him yet, 14 for me is Ryan Chesley and that's a high bar for Maveric to reach

Is he a top 14 player in the draft, likely not, but teams love size

He may go off next year, if the isles take him I hope you’re right 😂. Still in my opinion, the best case scenario for the isles is to end up with Brad Lambert

lol he also ranks top 5 in star probability in Byron baders model. He’s one of my favorite prospects in the draft , I’m good with one of him, Lambert, Nazar, or Lekermakki. If Nazar is still available and Lou trades the pick I am becoming a panthers fan

Cool, I don't have him ranked that high, more in 4-5 rounds. But no denying the skill set there.
