I would make all these trades except the Pulock one and the Barzal one, simply because I’d rather have those players themselves than the prospects/picks in return. Even if the value is good, I’d rather just keep the players

The Isles are not in a position to rebuild. If you look at there biggest contracts Palmieri and Lee you would not be able to move them.
Trading Barzal and Pulock you would be getting negative value back.
Trading Pulock also probably hurts Pelech production in the future .
Beauvillier is still a young forward that I would be willing to keep for another year from the aspect of his underlying numbers
Nelson trade is decent but in a rebuild you probably want two first round picks with his value being at the highest.
Plus Monahan has one year left then go to UFA ( that a lot of risk knowing that he is most likely going to leave)
Lambert doesn't seem like a coach appropriate for a team that is going into a rebuild

Wings trade isn't bad but doubt Yzerman does that. He's consistently said he's going to be patient and build it the right way. They're not ready to give up 2 1st's for help now

How are you getting negative value back from trading Pulock and Barzal?

Lambert has been compared to Brindamour , I actually think he’d be a good coach for a rebuild.

The Barzal trade doesn’t make sense - juolevi is a bust , Zadina likely tops out as a middle 6 wing. They would likely be a playoff team with Barzal so the 2023 1st would be in the 16-20 range.

If the isles are trading Pulock to WPG, Perfetti needs to be coming back in the deal

He was born in Mannitoba, so I would think he would go there even if he already had read eprotection, especially if Trotz is hired in WPG

That's a fair point. Plus if they adopt your rebuild mode then there isn't much of an incentive to spend the next few years of his prime out of the playoffs.
