Overall decent, some thoughts tho:

Signing JG is a fun idea, Bratt & Zetterlunds contracts aren't too unreasonable.
I'd be fine going into 22-23 with a tandem of Raanta and Blackwood.

I wouldn't go for Klingberg as there's quite a lot of money tied up on RHD but I understand your thinking behind it.
However I think he's very overrated and certainly not a better defenceman than Severson (maybe it could work with Siegenthaler babysitting him but I'm skeptical)
I question whether he will be able to live up to that cap hit in two - three years, putting pressure on the Devils when other young guys are gonna need big raises, let alone Severson in 2023.
Ty Smith can slide over to 3RHD, and one of Okhotiuk, Mukhammadulin, Bahl or Walsh should be able to play full time in the NHL come October 2022.
Could also just sign someone like Lyubushkin to play 3RHD in the short term.

I did raise my eyebrow at Yotes trade however, Devils do not need to pay to clear cap.
Bernier is likely done playing pro hockey, so there wouldn't be any issue in putting him on LTIR for his last year.
Tatar is still a good hockey player and should have some teams interested for his last year on current contract.

Also, McLeod should under no circumstances be playing anywhere other than at 4C if he makes the lineup.
I'd do the lines like this, using your players:

With how good Raanta has been in the playoffs this year, I don’t think that will really cut it for a return for the Canes. In terms of trading goalies, Raanta might be the most valuable, since he is on the cheaper side of contracts, won’t take too much to acquire compared to goalies like Hellebuyck or Gibson. Not to mention, with Freddie out, Raanta has taken the starting role like a champ. His stock has definitely risen markedly.
For the Devils, I think Sharangovich would be a good starting piece that would interest the Canes.

How about Sharangovich, Graves half retained and a 3rd for Raanta, Bear, and Blake, with a 5th round pick going to the Devils. 3rd round pick would be conditional based on Raanta’s performance. If he has a .910+ S% and a sub 3.4 GAA, the pick upgrades to a second if he doesn’t play in at least 30 games. If he plays in at least 30 games, the 3rd is upgraded to a 2nd regardless.

I might be reaching a little with that proposal, but the Devils would also be a bit desperate for a 1B, or if need be a 1A goalie to help compete with Blackwood to potentially raise his level. That was why Bernier was brought in, but unfortunately Bernier likely isn’t playing anymore.

Devils aren't trading Sharangovich anytime soon, he's basically part of the core group by now.
Certainly not trading him for Raanta,.
Rather just give a couple of 3rds to the Caps for Vanecek or go for one of Husso, Campbell or Kuemper in FA if that's the type of ask from the Canes.
