About a week ago I was looking at moving lafreniere and gauthier to Habs because they both said in French they’re not crazy about gallant.

I doubt they trade away the 1st overall pick. I’m looking forward to the draft.

Montreal isn't dropping from 1st to 26th overall. And those pieces don't move you up 25 spots. Montreal doesn't do it. And i doubt New York does it.

When was this quote said? Cause what is true is that Gallant plays the bad cop with Laffy, and that can piss him off, but unfortunately it seems to work on him and make him work harder...

And effectively you are stating that your source comes from hearsay and a plethora of possible misinterpretations... Not very worried, had he said it on record then I would be...

Gauthier said it on both TVA & RDS, so that’s on the record. As for Alex, his dad, whom I’ve known for 38 years is pretty gosh darn good source and not hearsay.

I mean personally I would not go quoting personal conversations without the permission of the other party, especially when it comes to a young star player, but yeah i'll stick to hearsay...
