Delete this horrible baiting post. Our gm doesn't want claude Giroux. Under no circumstances is anyone showing interest in Rasmus r especially Minnesota, and then nobody in Morin. Be better

We will not trade a 1st, Rossi , or lambos. Be better. Wild also aren't taking Dmitry kulikov from kaprizov. Your proposal is baiting bad post

Rossi is worth more than a 1st round pick. Ristolainen is worth less than a 1st round pick. Kulikov also has value. This is pretty lopsided in Philly's favour...

Ok it’s bad but state why.

Our GM doesn’t want Giroux and Risto is a pretty weak argument, these players are both worth 1st rd pks as rentals.

I agree this trade won’t happen. I never really considered G to Minny bc I didn’t think they were legit contenders. But they have the Cap and they have the assets for the Flyers to retool.

3 1sts for the Wild is pretty steep, especially when there is a serious question if they can win w/ their goaltending situation. But this franchise is going to be in cap trouble for the next 2-3 years so going all in this year might be their best shot. But again for 3 firsts and Kulikov that is prob too much. Maybe 2 1sts and a 2nd though? The framework for a deal seems logical in Minnesota, but I doubt Giroux will waive his NMC for Minny, just not a strong enough contender.

Morin was just a contract for Minny to eat. Considering they’re getting two premium players, they can eat having Morins contract in their organization.

No, risto wouldn't play in Minnesota. Also, our gm it's been made clear by him, and reported many many times that he doesn't have interest in rentals, and won't get rid of top prospect and or 1st round pick for rental. Minnesota will be the last team trading for d , when we are full there for now and foreseeable future.

Yeah, Minnesota a cap strapped team will take on cap dump. Literally chuck fletcher was laughed at when he made the risto trade. He has a history of overpayment for bad or average players. Just because chuck does something doesn't mean other GM's will

1) Giroux has already stated that he'd be open to being moved to Colorado, preferably, but otherwise either Minnesota or St. Louis.

2) The asking price for Giroux, WHO IS A RENTAL. Is a 1st, a prospect, and a young NHL player.

Note that it doesn't stipulate that prospect needs to be a top prospect coming back. Just a prospect. Same for the young NHL player.

Here's my counter offer.

Connor Dewar (22 yo)... young NHL player.
Daemon Hunt (B+ Prospect), 2nd pairing potential... can play boths sides.
2022 1st

Drop everything else.

A rental, no matter how good, isn’t getting either Rossi or Lambos. Not going to happen.

Please tell me this is a joke. Firstly, MIN's defense is fine; we have no need for Risto. Secondly, while it's true that MIN is missing a true 1C, we have Rossi waiting in the wings. It would be a massive mistake to give up so many good futures for a pure rental.

MIN has three options, all of which are better: Wait for Rossi, sign someone in UFA, or trade for a long-term option. Either way, MIN will be in good shape to make a push next year even if Zuccarello finally starts to decline.
