Byram isn’t being traded that’s from multiple COL sources. I’m so sure of it I would be my mortgage payment on it. COL is never going to get a chance in this incarnation to get a stud dman cost controlled again. Miller is a guy that plays on the Avs 2nd line and is gone in 15 months. No sane GM trades Byram for that. But it sure makes great talk radio in VAN.

Kadri is gone no matter what. He's gonna get probably $8M range I think and Avs cant do anywhere near that.

The team that's gonna pay 8 M $ for Kadri is in for a rude awakening that Kadri is a 50-60 pts scorer and that this is a career year. As for the money , I think the Avs do their best to trade Erik Johnson and JT Compher this offseason to replace them with cheaper option . They should be able to save about 4.5 M between the 2 of them which should cover the increase in salary of Kadri and Kuemper. I think the player they lose in Nichushkin for sure. He's due for a pretty big increase himself .

JTC is traded IMO and EJ gets a buyout. I think they are resigning Nuke. I could see a $5x5.... Would like to see them nudge it down on AAV and get 6 years (for example)
