The first round pick is actually the one of Montreal since there is a top 10 protection. If it was intented Montreal doesn’t do this trade.

Well, if youd actually be more aware of MTLs situation, youd knew that since MTL will surely ends up in the bottom 10, the pick exchanged to ARZ for Dvorak will be reverted back to MTL (because top 10 protect) and we will send CARs pick to ARZ instead. Have a good day sir
