Yeah, 12 teams is pushing it. The playoff teams are already pretty clear, so you're telling me 12/17 teams are interested in Chiarot? Only 5-6 named teams are interested in him, which is a more accurate number than an anonymous 12.

Besides, it's a buyer's market as there's 15 UFA defensemen available plus multiple guys with term. There is more than enough for everybody even without Chiarot. Montreal is the one who should bend on the price.
