No interest in Kassian. I think he’s a waste of a roster spot imo. Rather Barron or Gauthier there.

Gauthier is big, fast and skilled but can't finish to save his life unfortunately. Kassian will put up more points, play way more physical, and is a heavyweight if needed, all things Gauthier isn't. I wish he was, but he isn't. And for $2m/year cap hit, I would rather have Kassian.

Schneider is a 6'2, 210lb 20 year old RD who was a top-30 prospect recently and Kravtsov is only flaky because of NYR notorious mismanagement of prospects. You're underselling the prospects involved for your own imaginary narrative.

Best route is blue chip prospects starting with RHD of size. LHD if Hughes can swap sides but that doesn’t seem a consideration.
Proven young top 4 RHD ideally but don’t see anyone trading that.

JR wanting best offers to gauge the market 1st. It’s going to be a process if JTM even mives this TDL. Has to fill the 3 pieces asked. The 1st if not top 10 is the last piece imo.

Rangers are not trading Schneider, so if that's a must have for Vancouver, then there will be no trade. Rangers have other options for RW that cost far less.
