I feel like the Habs would want prospects/picks and not roster players.
I also am not keen on giving up our 1st. I think management is set on keeping it.
I would love Toffoli and Domi though, don't get me wrong.

Yep pretty much summed it up perfectly. Its the wrong package for what the Habs needs.

I like the first trade, but would decline the second, especially since Domi will be a UFA and with a stacked draft this year. I don't know if Montreal accepts so I would maybe add in the second, another one of our top prospects, and POJ and maybe that could work. I like the idea though for sure
