The Leafs are better then NJ so if you believe PK & Severson are better then Holl & Dermott individually, Leafs get better.



I'll give it a shot, 1st & Amirov for Severson, Holl & Abramov for PK & 3rd for taking Ritchie who needs to go to make $$$ work. I did think of making the 3rd a 2nd, & would be fine with it. But I am curious to the general value of PK because his contract is a tough fit for majority of contenders even with 50% retained.

I think the Subban part is plausible, but the Severson part is not.

So what is Severson worth then?

This year? A lot. Niemela + Knies + 1st
Devils are hopefully resigning him in off season.
Have no reason to trade him.

If they don’t resign him and he heads to UFA, his price would drop, but I think they would still want a d-man back.

I don't think that would make much sense for Philly, Mrazek in particular is a hard no-go

I'd want more than a 4th for taking on Mrazek past this season. We've had him here before and know he's terrible (when healthy).
