I 'm fine with the value coming back but unsure about the 'small prints' (Details). You're getting back next year's 2nd without knowing if Montreal's going full blown giving them a chance to maybe suprise, be healthy and you get a later pick than expected yet it's suppose to be a much better draft year in 2023 so not sure Montreal wants to gamble. For me an equitable trade for both sides would be a slightly retained Drouin (Maybe 1-1.5M$?), 2022 2nd* for Zucker, Poulin and 2022 1st. You guys don't like Zucker, fine we'll take his contract to have a warm body in a jersey, Poulin struggled but has a skill-set that'll make him an NHLer at some point and a late first. Condition on the 2022 2nd would be that if PIT makes it to the final four a third round pick is transferred instead of a 2nd cause we're likely picking in the top 5 so getting a 5-6 spots jump isn't enticing enough to take on Zucker and a struggling prospect. What do you think?
