how did you get a first round pick from 2021 woah
    anyway

i think that looks good mostly, except that mantha has more value than gally imo. gally's contract is longer and isn't gonna age well

I can see MTL complaining for us taking 2 retention slots for mid/long terms but it’s a good return. If they (Habs) get a 1st RD pick for Chiarot as well, would be a great rebuilt

Mantha is injured prone and Gallagher is know around the league as a warrior so I see GMs seeing Gallagher highly still

not entirely sure that habs would be willing to move evans considering he's probably gonna be the next danault (except his ceiling is 3C and he's just a shutdown C). but theoretically if we were looking to move him im thinking a second, similar to lehkonen's price

The two reasons why MTL would be welling to move Evans are 1. A good offer like you did
    2. Ryan Poehling IMO surpassed him (tho Poehling is a 1st Rounder and Evans is a 7th Rounder). Evans too is a guy who gives is all every game. If MTL end up trading Price Allen Chiarot Gallagher Lehkonen Evans, they trade all the players with hearts lol

when theres no heart left theres no reason to try winning frown
i think they should only be trading chiarot, keep the rest unless you get an offer you cant refuse

Well there is an upgrade in goaltending. We have a guy who can that isn’t named ovi. And then a guy who plays his hardest which is actually our number one need.

I think you forgot a word in the second sentence

As for goaltending, is that an upgrade? I know everyone has the memory of a nice little playoff run out of Price, but he was pretty bad for four straight seasons (including last season) prior to that playoff run. Now he’s got the off ice stuff, and he’s 34. I don’t think its a slam dunk that hes an upgrade over vanecek in net.

Shouldn't Backstrom be on Ovechkins line? I mean...if Backy is named as beneficiary of Ovi's life insurance policy, I'm sure the carrier will want them as a duo.

Funny how everyone not watching the Habs thinks Carey Price is trash, but every freaking time they watch a game and Habs win, they say : you’re only winning because of Price. You look at every postseason, when the game is tighter and MTL aren’t allowing 10+ odd man rushes per game, Price have amazing numbers. Y’all calling Habs fans homer for trading Price for Girard/Newhook/Holloway but if every single fan’s value Price so high, it’s probably because he is really good
