Honestly what Vancouver did with its management might be what Edmonton needs. New GM, and head coach.

Holland seems to have the wrong ideas when it comes to building around the duo while Tippet seems to be way to predictable and the Oilers are becoming a tad to easy to counter.

Its going to take years for that unless Broberg and Bouchard are legit top 4 dmen sooner then later.

Ceci's been just fine on the 2nd pair this year. Trade for a guy like Gavrikov for pair 2. Trade barrie. And get a new 3rd pair dman who can play defense.
