I dropped by NJ to say I had no interest in Hall, ended up reading what felt like 10 pages of back and forth proposals, saw the deal finalized, then watched another page or two of scrambling because something was wrong with the trade. At that point I went back to my roster to make sure all of my players were still where I left them. I had to fight the urge to post anything, because I could see everything falling apart if I did.

I don't normally comment on other people's trades in that way. I'll say I think that was too much for Arizona to pay.
I will be officially welcoming HarrisonJ99 on board to the Columbus staff as my assistant GM. If any GM spots open up, he should get first choice on whether he wants to accept the position or not. Rangersandislesfan if you can make Harrison being my assistant official in the stickied post that'd be great.
Just to make sure you really hired that guy (not saying you're lying, just saying that i want to 100% make sure you're not, i'm almost 100% sure you're telling the truth), can you show me what thread you hired him in?
I know I lost the trade. That's no secret. I overpaid like crazy. But the reason for this was that I get a bona fide 1 line LW. And a Franchise Dman in Severson. If you don't believe me, look him up and you'll see an article on him.

And also another reason was that there were others goin for him, and I told my self that I'm going all-in from that point on. So there was no way I was stopping.
