Canucks Re-tool! (if the Preds were buying lol)

A first + last years first-rounder would be tough to pass up for a guy who is unlikely to resign (IMO).

It seems as if Fabbro has made some nice improvements to his game this year. It would be nice if the Canucks could mold a young D into a PKer. Sissons (RH Centre) would immediately help the piss poor PK Van has.

Nash would be another nice defensive RH Centre add at a low cost.

Svechkov would be an interesting prospect option. Cancuks could develop him into a 3rd line defensive C.

originally I had a 2nd and 3rd but I was told it was too little for Miller lol. I tend to agree with you.

Yeah, Poolman must have a negative trade value at this juncture. MAYBE they take Schenn as a depth replacement assuming we want a RD from them. As a Canucks fan, I'd take Fabbro and Svechkov for Miller. That's already basically two late firsts of value. Maybe throw in a 3rd.

This is obv good for the Canucks.

If Nsh wanted to talk us down, I would swap Poolman for Schenn, take out the Nsh third and add a Canuck third.

Nsh probably counters by removing their first rounder but idk if I would do that.

I think something like NSH's 2022 1st, one of Fabbro or Svechkov, and one of Sissons or a conditional 3rd (can become a 2nd, based on NSH's playoff success or Poolman's performance in the playoffs) would be fair for just Miller (no multi-year cap dump contracts added). I don't think NSH should be making a trade for Miller regardless, though.
